Ingredients
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
- 1/4 cup Chopped Tomatoes remove pulp
- 1/4 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 6-7 Pickled Jalapeno Slices
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheese I used a mix of Cheddar and Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Mixed Italian Herbs

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, red chilli flakes and mixed Italian herbs. Mix well.
- Add milk and water, make a batter that it not too thick but it should not be runny. Add oil and fold it in.
- Next add grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sweet corn kernels and fold them in.
- Meanwhile heat the waffle maker and once it is ready, pour a big ladle of the batter at the center. Spread it out a little.
- Cook it on medium heat until it is fluffy and crisp. Remove it on to a plate and repeat the process with rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with ketchup or herbed tomato sauce, with additional cheese on top.
