Ingredients
  • 1.5cups Black Sesame Seeds
  • 3/4cup Powdered Jaggery
  • 1tbsp Waterif required
Instructions
  1. In a thick bottomed pan, dry roast sesame seeds until they are fragrant and just begin to pop.
  2. Remove it from heat and let it cool down for a 3-4 mins until it is warm.
  3. Add roasted sesame seeds along with jaggery powder to a blender jar and pulse it a few times until the mixture is coarse.
  4. While it is still warm, it will be very easy to make balls. If it feels dry, sprinkle a few drops of water and make them into balls.
  5. Store them in air tight container for upto a week outside.
