Ingredients
  • 2-3 Urad Dal Papad
  • 1/2cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes(remove pulp)
  • 3-4tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4tsp Roasted Cumin/Jeera Powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 Lemon/Lemon Juice as needed
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  2. Mix well and when ready to serve, add fresh lemon juice as needed.
  3. Meanwhile, roast the papad either on microwave or by shallow frying or cooking on open fire. Spread the prepared masala all over the papad.
  4. Serve immediately with side of lemon wedge and more onion tomato masala.
